These terms are a general template and should be legally reviewed before going live.

1. Scope

These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by Safahaus to clients.

The scope of services follows from the respective quote. Quotes are non-binding until an order is confirmed.

The prices stated in the quote apply. Payment is due after invoicing within the stated period.

Agreed appointments are binding. Cancellations should be communicated in good time, at least 24 hours in advance.

Safahaus is liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence within the statutory framework. Complaints must be reported without delay.

German law applies. Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
